My Story
Established in 1999, my aim is a simple one...
To provide a local, low cost service for Cheslyn Hay, Walsall, Cannock and surrounding areas where quality and customer satisfaction is the sole responsibility of the business owner.
All work is carried out in house, in a clean, friendly, pet and smoke-free environment.
This service has many satisfied customers, many by referral and now supports local fashion, wedding and Prom dress stores in the area.
Techniques have been gained from both practical courses and experience working within a well known, high street clothing alteration business.
It is this experience and quality that is the corner stone of my businesss.
A Local Service......
The repair and alteration service works very well for local customers as most activities require either seeing the garments construction, material or taking measurements when wearing an item. Often different options can discussed at this time.
A dedicated fitting room is available and evening appointments are possible for busy workers who would have a problem attending in the day time.
Appointments are not always necessary, but it is advisable to give me a call to confirm my availability and to avoid a wasted journey.
